Planning Regulations can be complicated. Councils seem to have different sets of rules and what applies to one property may be completely different for another across the road.

For example, one of our clients asked us to install a new conservatory. All was fine and no planning was required.

At exactly the same time we were having to apply for planning permission on behalf of another client for a conservatory which was virtually identical!
The property was only 15 years old so had no restrictive status (e.g.a listed building) and was in the same council district.

Once a design has been established we will investigate the planning situation relating to the proposed works. If planning is required we will handle the whole process on your behalf from start to finish.
